Overcome Fear of Bullies

Every day we help people gain the confidence to deal with bullies effectively and live their lives free from the fear of being bullied in the future.  We use a unique integration of life coaching, counselling and psychotherapy to help people understand why bullying happens and to develop the confidence they need to deal with bullies effectively.  With self-confidence and effective strategies to deal with bullies, you will no longer need to live in fear of bullies anymore.

3 Effective Steps to Stop Being Bullied

Step One:  We will help you understand why bullies act as they do.  You will learn what is going on in situations when you are feeling bullied by someone and what needs to change.

Step Two:  We will help you understand how you currently deal with bullies and why you have developed these strategies.  You will discover how the tactics you currently use, were often the best option available for dealing with bullies in the past.  You will also learn how these past experiences gave rise to particular physiological symptoms, such as fear, anger or inability to think or speak when faced with a bully.  You will learn why similar symptoms occur now and how these can make you engage in strategies which while helpful in the past, do not help you deal with bullies effectively in your current life.  When you let go of old strategies that are no longer effective, you need to feel able to replace them with a more effective approach, we will show you how this can be achieved in step three.

Step Three:  Here we will help you build the clarity and confidence you need to deal with bully situations in a way that is satisfying and effective for you now.  In the previous steps you will have learnt how peoples bullying actions can affect you.  Now we will show you how to manage these affects and how to deal with bully situations in a way that leaves you feeling more confident and in control.  The fear or anger doesn’t always go immediately, but increasingly you will find yourself able to manage your physiology and take action that creates a better and more satisfying outcome for you. Different situations require different approaches, sometimes it is necessary to walk away and other times it is important to stand your ground with bullies.  We will help you learn to assess which action is best for you and how to do undertake it.  As your confidence grows, you will find yourself dealing with bullies effectively without needing our assistance anymore.
